Mango Coconut Ladoo | Gayathiri's Cookbook

Mango coconut ladoo is a delicious dessert very easy to prepare. As we all know, Mango is the king of fruits and adds rich flavor to any dish. This mango coconut ladoo is a party favorite!!! It is prepared with desiccated coconut, condensed milk and sweet mango pulp.

Ingredients:
Ghee- 1 tsp
Desiccated coconut- 2.5 cups
Mango pulp- 1 cup
Condensed milk- 1 cup
Cardamom powder- 1/2 tsp

Directions:
1. Heat 1 tsp ghee in a pan. Add 2 cups desiccated coconut and roast for 2-3 minutes. Keep it aside.
2. In the same pan, add 1 cup mango pulp and 1 cup condensed milk and 1/2 tsp cardamom powder. Cook until the gravy thickens a bit.
Add roasted coconut and cook for at least 4-6 minutes over medium flame.
3.Keep stirring until it all blends together.When it separates from the edges of the pan, switch off the flame.Let it cool down a bit.
4. Apply oil/ghee in your hand. Make small round balls out of that mixture.Prepare all the balls. Roll over desiccated coconut for extra sweetness.
Mango coconut ladoo is ready!!
