Do try this amazing Mango Firni Recipe on Eid. #HappyCookingToYou #FoodFusion #OlpersCreamWritten Recipe: https://bit.ly/3zcdI7TVisit Our Website: https://www.foodfusion.com Download iOS & Android app: https://www.foodfusion.com/app Facebook: https://facebook.com/foodfusionpk Instagram: https://instagram.com/foodfusionpk Twitter: https://twitter.com/foodfusionpk Also follow @Healthy Fusion & @Food Fusion Kids for healthy food & kid's special recipes.Mango FirniServes 6-8Recipe in English:Ingredients:-Aam (Mangoes) 2 Cups-Sugar Cup or to taste-Chawal (Rice) Cup (soak for 1 hour, strain & pat dry)-Doodh (Milk) 1 & litre-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) tsp-Pista (Pistachios) chopped 1 tbs-Badam (Almonds) chopped 1 tbs-Olpers Dairy Cream 4-5 tbs-Aam (Mango) -Mixed nuts sliced -Cherry for garnish Directions:-In a blender jug,add mangoes & blend to make puree.-In a saucepan,add mango puree,mix well & cook on low flame for a minute.-Add sugar,mix well & cook on low flame until sugar melts (2-3 minutes) & set aside.-In a grinder,add soaked rice,grind coarsely & set aside.-In a wok,add milk & bring it to boil and cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes.-Add coarsely ground rice,mix well & cook on low flame until it thickens (12-15 minutes) and keep mixing in between. -Turn off the flame,add prepared mango puree & mix well.-Turn on the flame,add cardamom powder,pistachios and almonds,mix well & cook on low flame until it thickens to desired consistency (3-4 minutes).-Turn off the flame,addd cream & mix well. -Turn on the flame & cook on low flame for 2 minutes.-Garnish with mango,mixed nuts,cherry & serve chilled.Recipe in Urdu:Ajza:-Aam (Mangoes) 2 Cups-Sugar Cup or to taste-Chawal (Rice) Cup (soak for 1 hour, strain & pat dry)-Doodh (Milk) 1 & litre-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) tsp-Pista (Pistachios) chopped 1 tbs-Badam (Almonds) chopped 1 tbs-Olpers Dairy Cream 4-5 tbs-Aam (Mango) -Mixed nuts sliced-Cherry for garnishDirections:-Blender jug mein aam dal dein aur blend ker ka puree tayyar ker lein.-Saucepan mein mango puree dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per ek minute kliya paka lein.-Cheeni dal ker mix karein aur halki ancch per cheeni ghul janay tak paka lein (2-3 minutes) & side per rakh dein.-Grinder mein soaked chawal dal ker coarsely grind ker lein & side per rakh dein.-Karahi mein doodh dal ker ubal lein aur darmiyani ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein.-Coarsely ground chawal dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per garha ho janay tak paka lein (12-15 minutes) aur bech bech mein chamcha chalatay rahien.-Chulha bund ker dein aur tayyar mango puree dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Chulha on karein,elaichi powder,pista aur badam dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per garha aur desired consistency anay tak paka lein (3-4 minutes).-Chulha bund ker dein aur cream dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Chulha on karein aur halki ancch per 2 minutes kliya paka lein,-Aam,mixed nuts aur cherry sa garnish ker ka thanda serve karein.
