Mango Ice Cream/ ice cream/homemade ice cream | Gayathiri's Cookbook

This homemade mango ice-cream is made with just 3 ingredients. I have used mango pulp for this recipe but you can certainly use fresh mango if you want.You may have to adjust the amount of sugar depending on the sweetness of the fruit.

Ingredients:

Mango pulp- 30 oz
Whipped cream- 8 oz
Sweetened condensed milk- 10 oz
Pista- As needed

Directions:
1.Keep a glass bowl in freezer for at least 30 minutes. Then add all three ingredients into the bowl.
2. Mix everything together with a spatula or a whisker.
3.Chop a handful of pistachios into small pieces and add it on top of the ingredients.
4. Keep the bowl in freezer for at least 4-6 hours.

Mango Ice-cream is ready!!
