Mango Jam
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Aam (Mangoes) cubes 2-3 large
-Cheeni (Sugar) 1 Cup
-Pani (Water) ¼ Cup
-Lemon zest 1 tsp
-Lemon juice 1 & ½ tbs

Directions:
-In blender,add mangoes and blend until pureed & set aside.
-In saucepan,add sugar,water and mix well on low flame until sugar dissolves (don’t cover cook the mixture).
-Add mango puree and mix well.
-Add lemon zest,mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
-Add lemon juice and mix well until thickens (approx. 15 minutes) and check by plate technique method.
-Let it cool and store in a dry & clean airtight jar for up to 2 weeks in refrigerator.

Ajza:
-Aam (Mangoes) cubes 2-3 large
-Cheeni (Sugar) 1 Cup
-Pani (Water) ¼ Cup
-Lemon zest 1 tsp
-Lemon juice 1 & ½ tbs

Directions:
-Blender mein aam dal dein aur blend ker ka puree tayyar ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Saucepan mein cheeni aur pani dal ker halki ancch per cheeni ghul janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein (mixture ko ziyada nahi pakana hai).
-Mango puree dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Lemon zest dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Lemon juice dal dein aur garha hunay tak ache tarhan mix kertay rahein (approx. 15 minutes) & plate technique method sa check ker lein.
-Thanda ker lein aur dry & clean airtight jar mein dal ker 2 weeks kliya refrigerate mein store ker saktay han.
