Mango Murabba | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

Raw mango cooked with sugar, cardamom powder and saffron. Watch this video to find out how to make this recipe.

MANGO MURABBA

Ingredients

3 raw mango, peeled and grated
250 grams castor sugar
½ teaspoon green cardamom powder
A pinch saffron strands

Method

1. Heat raw mango in a deep non-stick pan. Add castor sugar, mix and cook for 10 minutes, stirring continuously.
2. Add cardamom powder and mix. Add saffron strands, mix and cook for 10-15 minutes, stirring continuously.
3. Store in a jar and serve.
