Mango Prawns #MangoliciousRecipes Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

Yes, you read it right. This is indeed a Mango and Prawn preparation. Perfect for those who love to experiment with food

MANGO PRAWNS

Ingredients

6-7 tiger prawns, cleaned, deveined and washed
2 fresh red chillies
1 spring onion
lemon
tsp Tata Sampann Turmeric Powder
Salt to taste
cup mango puree
1 tbsps oil
Mango salad to serve
Chopped spring onion greens for garnish

Method

1. Finely chop red chillies and spring onion. Set aside.
2. In a large bowl, add tiger prawns, deveined and cleaned, squeeze lemon juice in it.
3. Add red chillies, Tata Sampann Turmeric Powder, salt. Add chopped spring onion and mango puree. Mix well and set aside for 10-15 minutes.
4. Skewer the prawns on to satay sticks and set aside.
5. Heat oil in a non-stick grill pan, place the prawns skewers on it, drizzle the marinade on them and cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side.
6. Garnish with chopped spring onion greens. Serve hot with mango salad.
