Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
Prepare Mango & Cream Sauce:
-Aam (Mango) puree 2 Cups
-Sugar 2 tbs or to taste
-Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs
-Cream 3 tbs
Prepare Mango Milk Syrup:
-Pakola Full Cream Milk 1 litre
-Sugar 3 tbs or to taste
-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) tsp
-Zafran (Saffron strands) 1 pinch
-Rose water 1 tbs
-Khoya grated 100g
Prepare Sugar Syrup (Sheera):
-Water 1 & Cup
-Sugar 1/3 Cup
-Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 2-3
-Ghee Cup
-Bread slices trim edges & cut in triangles 11-12
Assembling:
-Khopra (Desiccated coconut)
-Pista (Pistachios) sliced
-Badam (Almonds) sliced

Directions:
Prepare Mango & Cream Sauce:
-In a saucepan,mango puree,sugar,butter,mix well & cook on low flame for 7-8 minutes & mix continuously.
-Turn off the flame,take out half quantity in a bowl & reserve for later use.
-In remaining mango sauce,add cream & mix well.
-Turn on the flame & cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
-Let it cool and transfer into squeeze bottle & refrigerate until use.
Prepare Mango Milk Syrup:
-In a wok,add milk & bring it to boil.
-Add sugar,cardamom powder,saffron strands,mix well & cook until 40% milk is reduced.
-Now add reserved mango sauce,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.
-Add rose water & mix well.
-Turn off the flame,add khoya & mix well.
-Let it cool at room temperature.
Prepare Sugar Syrup (Sheera):
-In a saucepan,add water,sugar,green cardamom and mix well,bring it to boil & cook on medium flame until sugar is dissolved (2-3 minutes) & set aside.
-In a frying pan,add ghee & let it melt.
-Add bread slices & fry on medium flame form both sides until golden.
Assembling:
-Now dip fried bread slices in prepared sugar syrup.
-In a serving dish,place bread slices,sprinkle desiccated coconut,pour prepared mango milk syrup,add pistachios,almonds,drizzle prepared mango & cream sauce and serve chilled!

Saucepan mein mango puree,cheeni aur makhan dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per 7-8 minutes kliya paka lein & musalsal mix kertay rahein.
-Chulha bund ker dein aur half quantity ko bowl mein nikal lein & bad mein use keray kliya side per rakh dein.
-Remaining mango sauce mein cream dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Chulha on karein aur halki ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Thanda ker dein aur squeeze bottle mein dal ker use kernay tak refrigerate ker lein.
Prepare Mango Milk Syrup:
-Karahi mein doodh dal ker ubal lein.
-Cheeni,elaichi powder aur zafran dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur doodh 40% reh janay tak paka lein.
-Ab reserved mango sauce dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Rose water dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Chulha bund ker dein aur khoya dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein..
-Room temperature per thanda ker lein.
Prepare Sugar Syrup (Sheera):
-Saucepan mein pani,cheeni aur hari elaichi dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay dein aur darmiyani ancch per cheeni ghul janay tak paka lein (2-3 minutes) & side per rakh dein.
-Frying pan mein ghee dal ker melt ker lein.
-Bread slices ko dono sides sa golden hunay tak fry ker lein.
Assembling:
-Fried bread slices ko sheeray mein dip ker lein.
-Serving dish mein bread slices rakhd ein,khopra,tayyar mango milk syrup,pista,badam aur tayyar mango & cream sauce dal dein aur thanda serve karein!
