Ingredients :
Measurement cup - 200ml = 130gms

Chilled Whipping/Heavy cream - 3/4th cup(used Amul whipping cream red pkt)
Powdered sugar (Sieved)- 1/4th cup
Melted white chocolate - 1/3rd cup
Fresh mango pulp - 1/2 cup

Flavourful Tips:
- Use chilled whipping/Heavy cream.I have used Amul whipping cream red tetra pack.
- If using dairy-free whipping cream, omit the sugar powder as dairy free creams are already sweeter.
-Alphonso mangoes have been used as it gives a nice colour to the mousse and the thick pulp is made without adding water.
- Refrigerate the mousse for minimum 4 hours or over-night.
- Serve the mousse chilled
