In a bowl add water, vinegar, ginger garlic paste and mix well. Now add fish into it and soak for 5 minutes.Directions for Masala Preparation:2. In a grinder add red chili powder, red chili flakes, fenugreek seeds, carom seeds, cumin seeds, gram flour, salt and grind into finer powder.3. In a bowl add soaked fish, prepared masala, lemon juice and marinate the fish well for 3 hours.Directions for Tamarind Sauce Preparation:4. In a blender add tamarind pulp, mint leaves, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, jaggery, salt, dried mango powder, red chili flakes and blend well.
