MASALA NUTSIngredients½ cup peanuts½ cup pistachios½ cup almonds½ cup cashewnuts2 cups puffed lotus seeds (makhana)¼ cup ghee2 tsps black peppercorns, coarsely crushed1½ tsps roasted cumin, coarsely crushed1 tsp red chilli powderSalt to tasteMethod1. Heat ghee in a non-stick pan. Add peanuts, pistachios, almonds and cashewnuts. Sauté till the nuts are brown. Add makhana and sauté till they are crisp.
