Masoor ki Daal Soya
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Oil ¼ Cup
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp
-Hing (Asafoetida) powder ¼ tsp (optional)
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & ½ tsp
-Tamatar (Tomato) pureed 2
-Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Masoor daal (Split orange lentil) 1 Cup (soaked 1 hour)
-Soya (Dill) chopped 1 Cup
-Pani (Water) 2 Cups or as required
-Garam masala powder ½ tsp
-Desi ghee (melted) 2 tbs
-Hara mirch (Green chili)
-Dill (Soya)

Directions:
-In pot,add oil,cumin seeds and mix well,add asafoetida and mix.
-Add ginger garlic paste and mix well.
-Add tomato puree,mix well and cook for 3-4 minutes.
-Add turmeric powder and mix well for 1 minute.
-Add red chili powder,coriander powder,salt and mix well.
-Add split orange lentil,soya and mix well.
-Add water,mix well and bring it to boil,cover & cook on medium low until tender.
-Add garam masala powder,cover and simmer for 2 minutes.
-Add melted desi ghee.
-Garnish with green chilies,soya,desi ghee and serve.

-Pot mein oil aur zeera dal ker ache tarhan mix karein,hing dal ker mix ker lein.
-Adrak lehsan paste dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Tamatar puree dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 3-4 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Haldee powder dal ker 1 minute kliya ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Lal mirch powder,dhania powder aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Masoor daal aur soya dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Pani shamil karein aur ache tarhan mix ker lein,ubal anay ka bad dhak dein aur halki darmiyani ancch per daal gul janay tak paka lein.
-Garam masala powder dal ker dhak dein aur 2 minutes kliya dum per rakh dein.
-Desi ghee melted dal dein.
-Hari mirch,dill aur desi ghee dal ker serve karein.
