makeral fish massaged and stuffed with shallots ,mango and indian spices and shallow fry make this kind of dish at home instead of having it out side.

Ingredients:
Fish 500 g

Onion shallots 6 n
Ginger 1 small piece
Cumin powder 1 tb
Coriander powder 2tb
Chilly flakes 1 ts
Raw mango pieces ½ c
Boiled rice ½ c
Lemon juice 1 tb
Salt
Egg 1 n
All purpose flour 1 c

Directions:
First cut and clean up the fish and massage the fish on the bone on both sides, this will loosen the bone and take out the bone.

For stuffing:

Shallots, ginger, crushed in a mortar pestle,

Take a bowl and add crushed ginger, onion shallots, and cumin powder, coriander powder, chilly flakes, salt, and add raw mango and boiled rice crush the ingredients and add chopped coriander, lemon juice, and add ½ egg and mix it well. And stuff the masala in to the fish and coat the fish with all purpose flour and shallow fry them.
