Mattar Mushroom Recipe | Mattar Mushroom Ki Sabzi | मशरूम मटर रेसीपी | Cook With Nikitas

Matar mushroom recipe is a delicious spicy curry or north indian gravy recipe prepared mainly with green peas and mushrooms. The curry gets its flavour and richness from its tomato and onion based sauce tossed in a cashew paste. It is an ideal side dish to roti / chaptai and jeera rice or plain steamed rice.
Ingredients:
Mushroom - 400g
Mattar - 250 g
Onions - 2 medium size
Tomato - 2 medium size
Green Chilli - 5-6
Dry red chilli - 1
Garlic - 10-12 cloves
Ginger - 1 inche long ( a pc)
Salt - To taste
Cooking Oil- 100g
Coriander and cumin powder - 1 tbsn
Turmeric pow. - 1 tbsn
Cumin seeds - 1tsn
Bay leaves -2
