McDonald's Chicken Nuggets - (Healthy Version + Gluten Free)

These chicken nuggets are DELICIOUS, gluten free and healthy! BOOM. On the table in less than 20 minutes! We show you how to both shallow fry and bake them.

Ingredients:
4 Chicken Breast
1 cup polenta
1/2 cup corn flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
2 tsp garlic powder

To make it spicy:
1 tsp cajun
1 tsp crushed red pepper
1 tsp chili powder

Healthy Ketchup, makes about 2 cups:
15 oz diced tomatoes (drained)
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp Paprika
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp apple cider vinegar
1 date
1/2 tsp onion flakes
1/2 tsp garlic powder
