INGREDIENTS I used in this video:

pasta:
16 oz pasta
1 eggplant
2 cups peas
16 oz spinach
olive oil
salt n peppa
1.5 cups raw cashews
3 cups marinara sauce

stir fry:
1.5 cups quinoa (3 cups water)
4 garlic cloves
1 lb brussels sprouts
1 lb string beans
2 bell peppers
olive oil
salt n peppa

soup:
1 yellow onion
4 garlic cloves
thyme (dried or fresh or none at all!)
head of celery
4 carrots
4 russet potatoes
16 oz dried lentils

STORAGE AND REHEATING:

-All recipes can be stored in the fridge and eaten within 5 days.
-They can be frozen, and thawed in the fridge the night before.
-They can be eaten cold, or you can toss in a frying pan for a few seconds with some water.
