Meal Prep with Me: Chipotle Chicken Bowl #chipotle

Chipotle Chicken Bowl (*no guac charged extra here )

This is such a great recipe for me to prepare meals during those busy weeks that I dont have much time but still want healthy, tasty food throughout the week!

Plus- Im a guacamole kinda guy so this one allows for me to add as much as I want.

1 bag shredded lettuce
1.5 lb chicken breasts
1 can black beans
1 cup pico de gallo
2 tbsp taco seasoning
1 cup guacamole
1 lime
*Optional, 2 cups rice

Directions
Chop your chicken and season with the taco seasoning. Cook over the stove on medium heat for 12 minutes or until the chicken has cooked through fully. Make sure to turn the pieces every few minutes. Once that has cooked, remove from the stove and let cool. In a large mixing bowl, combine the lettuce, black beans, pico, and chicken. Stir together thoroughly and get ready to distribute into your meal prep containers! Add in as much guacamole as your heart desires, and garnish with a lime. I serve mine with chips but you can add rice to this recipe if you prefer.
