Mediterranean Lamb Koftas - Full Episode: All the Tricks & Tips

This is a kicked up classic from the Mediterranean's fertile shorelines. I kicked it up with some 100% grass-fed, organic, pastured lamb from KOL Foods. (www.KOLFoods.com). This is a hearty dish that will linger nicely on your palette. It goes perfect with a soft jasmine rice and a smooth Cabernet. (I like the ones from Tishbi.)
