Mediterranean Omlette
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Bell pepper green julienne 1 tbs
-Bell pepper yellow julienne 1 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) ½
-Palak (Spinach) handful small leaves
-Cherry tomato 4-5
-Hara dhaniya (Coriander leaves) 1 tbs
-Ande (Eggs) 4
-Doodh (Milk) 1-2 tbs
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Olive oil 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1-2 pinch
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1-2 pinch
-Olive oil 1 tbs
-Dried oregano ½ tsp
-Zetoon (Olives) chopped 1 tbs
-Feta cheese (optional) 2 tbs
-Hara dhaniya (Green coriander) chopped to sprinkle

Directions:
-Cut all the vegetables.
-In bowl,add eggs,milk,salt and black pepper powder, whisk it and set aside.
-In small frying pan,add olive oil,onion,bell pepper green,bell pepper yellow and spinach, sauté for 1 minute.
-Add cherry tomato,salt and black pepper powder,give it a good mix and set aside.
-In frying pan,add olive oil and eggs mixture,cook until omelet is almost set but still creamy and moist on top.
-Sprinkle dried oregano and fill stir fried vegetable over half of each omelette.
-Add olives (chopped) and feta cheese and sprinkle green coriander.
-With spatula, fold unfilled half over filling.
-Cook for about 30 seconds and plate the omelette.

Direction:
-Tamam sabzio ko cut ker lein.
-Bowl mein ande,doodh,namak aur kali mirch powder dal ker whisk karein aur side per rakh dein.
-Chotay frying pan mein,olive oil,pyaz,bell pepper green,bell pepper yellow aur palak dal ker ek minute kliya saute karein.
-Cherry tomato,namak aur kali mirch powder dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein, aur side per rakh dein.
-Frying pan mein olive oil aur ande ka mixture dal ker omelet ko ek side sa paka lein.
-Dried oregano sprinkle karein aur ek side per stir fried vegetable dal dein.
-Olives (chopped) and feta cheese dal ker upper sa hara dhaniya sprinkle karein.
-Spatula ki madad sa ek side ko filling k upper dal dein.
-30 seconds kliya cook ker lein aur omelette plate mein nikal lein.
