Launching in February 2021, the Eat Out Food School took on several passionate and aspiring young people and helped them to pursue their culinary dreams. We sat down with these soon-to-be qualified students to chat all things food. Defy South Africa has partnered with the Eat Out School to provide a fully-kitted training kitchen, helping these students to achieve their dreams!
