Chop cabbage and onion.2. In a bowl, put ground beef and pork mixture, egg, chopped cabbage, chopped onion, 1/2 cup of Panko (bread crumbs), salt and pepper. Mix them by hand until the mixture comes together and sticky.3. Divide it into 8 or 4 equal portions and make flat and round patties. Coat each piece with Panko.4. Deep fry them in oil at 170C (340F) for about 5 minutes until cooked golden brown. Then drain well.5. Serve with vegetables of your choice. Eat with Tonkatsu sauce.
