Mixed vegetable patty, cheese, mayo and mustard sandwiched between mini burger buns. MINI BURGER Ingredients 8 mini burger buns2 medium raw bananas, peeled, boiled and mashed½ cup green peas, mashed6-8 French beans, blanched and chopped1-2 green chillies, crushed1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leavesSalt to taste¼ teaspoon garam masala powderOil for deep-frying2 tablespoons refined flour (maida)½ cup dried breadcrumbsButter for spreadingMayonnaise for spreadingMustard paste for spreading1-2 iceberg lettuce leaves + as required1 medium tomato, cut into roundelsTomato ketchup as required2 cheese slicesMethod1. To prepare patties, take bananas in a bowl. Add green peas, French beans, green chillies, coriander leaves, salt and garam masala powder and mix well. 2. Heat sufficient oil in a pan.3. Take flour in another bowl. Add some water and mix well to make a smooth slurry.4. Divide the banana mixture into small equal portions and shape them into bun size patties. 5. Take breadcrumbs on a plate.6. Dip each pattie in slurry and coat with breadcrumbs. 7. Deep-fry the prepared patties in hot oil till golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper.8. Heat a non-stick tawa. 9. Horizontally slice the buns into halves. 10. Spread some butter on the sliced side of the buns, place on hot tawa and roast till golden specks appear. 11. Spread some mayonnaise and mustard paste on the base of each roasted bun. Place torn lettuce leaves, 1 tomato roundel and 1 pattie on top. Put some tomato ketchup on top.12. Cut cheese slices in 4 equal squares and place on top of prepared buns.13. Spread some mayonnaise on top of the remaining roasted buns and place on the prepared buns to cover. 14. Insert a toothpick in the center of the prepared buns.15.
