Mini Potato Baskets with Glazed Tender Pops

Ingredients for Potato Baskets:
Potatoes (grated) 3 cups
Salt 1 tsp
Corn flour ¼ cup
Oil (for frying)

Ingredients for Glazed Tender Pops:
K&N’s Tender Pops 780 g
Butter 3 tbsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Garlic 1 tbsp
Water 1½ cup
Soy Sauce 1 tsp
Hot Sauce ½ tbsp
Honey 2 tbsp
Salt a pinch
Ginger (grated) 1 tsp
Slurry (corn flour + water) 2 tbsp + ¼ cup

Assembling:
Garlic Mayo as req
Green Onion (chopped) as req
Mini potato baskets as required
Glazed tender pops as required

Directions for Potato Baskets:
1. In a bowl, add grated potatoes, salt, and cornstarch. Mix well until well combined. Keep aside.
2. Transfer a portion of grated potato mixture spread it in a shape of basket in a cupcake baking pan. Bake them for 12-15 minutes at 180 degrees.
3. Now remove them from pan and dep fry them until crispy and golden brown from outside. Your potato baskets are ready. Set aside.
Directions for Glazed Tender Pops:
1. Fry K&N’s Tender Pops as per instructions on the pack.
2. Heat butter and oil in a pan. Saute garlic until it starts to get brown.
3. Add water, soy sauce, hot sauce, honey, salt, and ginger. Bring to a boil and let simmer over medium low flame for 4-5 minutes.
4. Gradually add slurry while stirring continuously until thickens.
5. Add prepared K&N’s tender pops into this sauce and toss until glazed properly.
6. Now, add spoons full of Glazed tender pops into the fried mini potato basket. Drizzle garlic mayo sauce over them and sprinkle green onion on top.
7. Your Mini Potato Baskets with Glazed Tender Pops are ready to be served.
