This recipe is creamy, minty and delicious!Making it homemade is easy to do with this recipe.Mint chip ice creamIngredients:2 cups organic heavy whipping cream2 cup organic whole milk3/4 cup dark chocolate chips, chopped3/4 cup sugarpinch of salt1 tsp. organic vanilla extract1 1/2 to 2 tsp. mint extractDirections:Freeze the ice cream maker insert for 24 hours before using.Combine all the ingredients except the chocolate chips into a bowl and whisk to dissolve the sugar. Pour mixture into the ice cream maker and churn according to your ice cream maker directions. I churned mine for 30 minutes. You're are looking for and nice soft serve consistency.
