How make it at home and enjoy #HappyCookingToYouWritten Recipe: https://bit.ly/2DlOwVjVisit Our Website: https://www.foodfusion.com Download iOS & Android app: https://www.foodfusion.com/app Facebook: https://facebook.com/foodfusionpk Instagram: https://instagram.com/foodfusionpk Twitter: https://twitter.com/foodfusionpk Also Follow @Healthy Fusion & @Food Fusion Kids for healthy food & kids special recipes.Mix Vegatable Achar (Pickle)Recipe in English:Ingredients:-Boiling water-Gajar (Carrots) 400 gms-Phool gobhi (Cauliflower) Florets 250 gms-Hari mirch (Green chilies) 6-8 (Optional) -Hara lehsan (Green garlic) 1 Cup-Namak (Salt) ½ tbs or to taste-Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) 1 tsp-Lal mirch (Red chili) Crushed 1 tbs or to taste-Rai dana (Mustard seeds) Crushed 2-3 tbs-Sirka (Vinegar) 1 Cup-Pani (Water) 2-3 Cups (boiled and brought to room temperature)Directions:-In boiling water,blanch carrots for 3 minutes and blanch cauliflower for 1-2 minute, strain and dry all vegetables.-In jar,add carrots,cauliflower,green chilies,green garlic,salt,turmeric powder,mustard seeds crushed,red chili crushed and vinegar and mix well.-Cover with lid and let it sit for 24 hours (Preferably in sunlight).-Add water (boiled), cover and leave it for 3 days (shake well occasionally).-Mix vegetable pickle is ready to use.Recipe in Urdu:Ajza:-Boiling water-Gajar (Carrots) 400 gms-Phool gobhi (Cauliflower) Florets 250 gms-Hari mirch (Green chilies) 6-8 (Optional) -Hara lehsan (Green garlic) 1 Cup-Namak (Salt) ½ tbs or to taste-Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) 1 tsp-Lal mirch (Red chili) Crushed 1 tbs or to taste-Rai dana (Mustard seeds) Crushed 2-3 tbs-Sirka (Vinegar) 1 Cup-Pani (Water) 2-3 Cups (boiled and brought to room temperature)Directions:-Ubaltay pani mein gajar ko 3 minute aur phool gobhi ko 1-2 minute kliya blanch ker lein,strain ker ka tamam sabzio ko dry ker lein.-Jar mein gajar,phool gobhi,hari mirchein,namak,haldee powder,rai dana,lal mirch crushed aur sirka dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Lid laga ker 24 hours kliya rakh dein (Tarjeehan suraj ki roshni mein).-Boil pani shamil karein,dhak ker 3 din kliya chor dein (shake well occasionally).-Mix sabzio ka achar istamal kerna kliya tayyar hai.
