Mix Vegetable Butter Masala
Serves 5-6
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Cooking oil tbs
-Makhan (Butter) 1-2 tbs
-Tez paat (Bay leaves) 2
-Dried red chillies 3-4
-Darchini (Cinnamon sticks) 2
-Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 2-3
-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 large
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) 4-5 medium
-Kaju (Cashew nuts) 12-15
-Water 2-3 tbs or as required
-Water 2 tbs or as required
-Cooking oil 4-5 tbs
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) tbs
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chilli) powder 1 tsp
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) tsp
-Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) 1/4 tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Gur (Jaggery) 1 tsp
-Kasuri meethi (Dried fenugreek leaves) 1 & tsp
-Water 1 & Cup or as required
-Cream 2 tbs
-Fauji fresh n freeze frozen Sweet corn Cup
-Fauji fresh n freeze frozen 4 way mix 1 & Cup
-Cream
-Makhan (Butter)
-Kasuri meethi (Dried fenugreek leaves)

Directions:
-In wok,add cooking oil,butter and let it melt.
-Add bay leaves,dried red chillies,cinnamon sticks,green cardamom and mix well.
-Add onion and mix well.
-Add tomatoes,cashew nut,mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
-Add water and mix well,cover & cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
-Remove bay leaves & discard it.
-Let it cool.
-In grinder,add tomato & onion mixture,water and grind well & set aside.
-In a wok,add cooking oil,grinded paste,ginger garlic paste and mix well.
-Add salt,Kashmiri red chilli powder,cumin powder,turmeric powder,red chilli powder,jaggery,dried fenugreek leaves and mix well.
-Add water,mix well and bring it to boil,cover & cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes.
-Add cream and mix well.
-Add sweet corns,mix vegetables and mix well,cover and cook on low flame for 10-12 minutes.
-Garnish with cream,butter,dried fenugreek leaves & serve!

Directions:
-Karhai mein cooking oil aur makhan dal ker melt ker lein.
-Tez paat,dred red chillies,darchini aur hari elaichi dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Pyaz dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Tamatar aur kaju dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Tez paat ko nikal lein aur discard ker dein.
-Thanda ker lein.
-Grinder mein tamatar & pyaz ka mixture aur pani dal ker ache tarhan grind ker dein & side per rakh dein.
-Karhai mein cooking oil aur grinded paste dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Namak,Kashmiri lal mirch powder,zeera powder,haldee powder,lal mirch powder,gur aur kasuri meethi dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad dhak dein aur halki ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Cream dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Sweet corns aur mix vegetables dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dahk ker halki ancch per 10-12 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Cream,makhan aur kasuri meethi dal ker serve karein!
