Miyar Kuka (Baobab Soup Recipe)

Miyan Kuka is a northern soup that is made using dried baobab leaves that are usually sun-dried and then grind into powder. It is also called luru soup and the dried powder is greenish in color.

Ingredients:
3 tablespoons of Kuka powder
kg of beef
3 medium catfish
3 cloves of ginger, crushed
1 small sized ginger, crushed
1 medium-sized onion
1 tablespoon ground crayfish
1 tablespoon Dawa Dawa (locust beans)
2 stock cubes
2 Atarugu (scotch bonnet)
1 cooking spoon palm oil
Salt to taste
