Hello friends! Welcome to my channel and today we'll learn how to make Schezwan Sauce. It plays a vital role in the Indo-Chinese dishes. It gives unique taste to the chinese rice, noodles and soups.

INGREDIENTS (Quantity: 250 gm approx)

50 gm Dry Red Chilli (medium spicy)
20-25 Garlic Cloves (finely chopped)
2 inch Ginger (finely chopped)
2 tsp Tomato Ketchup
2 tsp Soy Sauce
2 tbsp White Vinegar
2 tsp Salt (As per taste)
6 tbsp Cooking oil
Water
