Do give it a try and enjoy your cooking. #HappyCookingToYou #FoodFusion #TravelSeries2019Written Recipe: http://bit.ly/2PTWXL9Visit Our Website: https://www.foodfusion.com Download iOS & Android app: https://www.foodfusion.com/app Facebook: https://facebook.com/foodfusionpk Instagram: https://instagram.com/foodfusionpk Twitter: https://twitter.com/foodfusionpk Also Follow @Healthy Fusion & @Food Fusion Kids for healthy food & kids special recipes.MomosRecipe in English:Ingredients:-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 2 Cups-Namak (Salt) tsp-Cold water 1 Cup or as required -Cooking oil 2 tbs-Chicken qeema (Mince) kg-Adrak lehsan (Ginger garlic) crushed tbs -Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed tbs-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 250 gms-Sirka (Vinegar) tbs-Soy sauce 1 tbs-Pani (Water) as required Directions:-In bowl,add all-purpose flour,salt and mix.-Gradually add cold water and knead until dough is formed.-Cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.-In wok,add cooking oil,chicken mince and mix well until changes color.-Add ginger garlic and mix well for 2 minutes. -Add salt,black pepper crushed and mix well.-Add onion and mix well.-Add vinegar,soy sauce and mix well,cover and cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.-Let it cool.-Knead dough again,sprinkle dry flour and divide the dough into two equal pasts.-Take a dough,make a ball and divide into four equal parts.-Take a dough,sprinkle flour and roll out with the help of rolling pin then cut into round shape with the help of the cutter.-On cutter,place small dough,cooked chicken filling then close the cutter to seal the edges (makes 35).-In pot,add water and bring it to boil,place steam rack,grease with oil and prepared momos.-Cover and steam cook on medium low flame for 20-25 minutes. -Garnish with fresh coriander & serve!Recipe in Urdu:Ajza:-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 2 Cups-Namak (Salt) tsp-Cold water 1 Cup or as required -Cooking oil 2 tbs-Chicken qeema (Mince) kg-Adrak lehsan (Ginger garlic) crushed tbs -Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed tbs-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 250 gms-Sirka (Vinegar) tbs-Soy sauce 1 tbs-Pani (Water) as required Directions:-Bowl mein maida aur namak dal ker mix ker lein.-Thora thora ker ka thanda pani shamil karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein.-Dhak ker 15 minutes kliya rakh dein.-Karhai mein cooking oil aur chicken qeema dal dein aur rang tabdeel hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Adrak lehsan paste dal ker 2 minutes kliya ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Namak aur kali mirch crushed dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.-Pyaz dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Sirka aur soy sauce dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.-Thanda ker lein.-Dough ko dubara ghond lein aur atta chirak ker dough ko do hisson mein divide ker lein.-Dough ki ball bana lein aur char hisson mein divide ker lein.-Dough per atta chirak dein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein aur cutter ki madad sa round shape mein cut ker lein.-Cutter per small dough rakh ker cooked chicken filling dal ker cutter ko close ker ka edges ko close ker lein (makes 35).-Pot mein pani dal ker ubal lein aur steam rack rakh ker oil sa grease ker lein aur tayyar momos rakh dein.-Dhak dein aur 20-25 minutes kliya darmiyani halki ancch per steam cook ker lein.-Hara dhania sa garnish ker ka serve karein.
