The sushi at Morimoto Maui was exceptionally fresh and well-prepared, as was to be expected. The sushi chef serving us for this meal trained in Japan and in San Diego at the renowned Sushi Ota. All the sushi in the meal were dedicated prepared, and sourced daily from local fisheries and Japan. Every piece was a pleasure for the palate.
