Serves 10-12
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-White chocolate 300g
-Water as required
-Olpers Dairy Cream 100ml
-Olpers Dairy Cream chilled 500ml
-Peppermint essence tsp
-Green gel food color tsp or as required
-Plain sponge cake crumbled
-Green & white sprinkles
-White chocolate chips
-Wafer biscuit

Directions:
-Chop white chocolate with the help of knife & set aside.
-In a saucepan,add water,bring it to boil and place a heat proof bowl over it.
-Add chopped white chocolate,cream & whisk well until smooth.
-Let it cool.
-In a large bowl,add ice cubes & place another bowl over it,add cream,peppermint essence & beat until stiff peaks form.
-Add white chocolate & cream mixture & fold gently with the help of spatula and beat for 30 seconds & transfer 1/3rd of the mousse to another bowl & transfer to a piping bag.
-In remaining cream mixture,add green food gel color & mix until well combined with the help of spatula & transfer to a piping bag.
-In serving glass,add crumbled plain sponge cake & press gently.
-Add a layer of white mousse then green mousse & garnish with green & white sprinkles, white chocolate chips & wafer biscuits & serve!

-Saucepan pan mein pani dal ker ubal lein aur upper sa heat proof bowl rakh dein.
-Chopped white chocolate aur cream dal dein aur smooth hunay tak ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Thanda ker lein.
-Large bowl mein ice cubes dal dein aur upper sa ek aur bowl rakh dein,cream aur peppermint essence dal ker stiffe peaks form hunay tak beat ker lein.
-White chocolate & cream mixture dal ker spatula sa gently fold ker lein aur 30 seconds kliya beat ker lein aur 1/3rd mousse ko alag bowl mein nikal lein aur piping bag mein transfer ker lein.
-Remaining cream mixture mein green food gel color dal ker spatula ki madad sa ache tarhan mix ker lein & piping bag mein transfer ker lein.
-Serving glass mein crumbled plain sponge cake dal ker gently press ker lein.
-White mousse aur green mousse ki layer laga lein,green & white sprinkles,white chocolate chips & wafer biscuits sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
