Mughlai Chicken Burger Recipe:
Ingredients for burger:
K&N's Mughlai Tikka 515g
Ice burg as required
Tomato slices as required
Burger buns 2
Ingredients for green chutney:
Mint leaves 1/2 cup
Coriander leaves 1/2 cup
Green chilies 2-3
Salt to taste
Chaat masala 1 tsp
Ingredients for cheese sauce:
Milk 1 cup (1/4 + 1/2)
Mozzarella cheese 1/2 cup
Cheddar cheese 1/2 cup
Black pepper 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Flour 2-3 tsp
Ingredients for burger sauce:
Mayonnaise 1 cup
BBQ sauce 2 tbsp
Ketchup 2 tbsp
Mustard sauce 1/2 tsp
Worcestershire sauce 3 tsp
Onion powder 1/2 tsp
Garlic powder 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper 1 tsp
Jalapeno (minced) 2 tbsp
Ingredients for caramelized onions:
Onion 1 big size
Butter 2 tbsp
Brown sugar 1 tbsp
Salt a pinch
Directions for green chutney:
1. In a blender add mint leaves, coriander leaves, green chilies, salt, sugar and chaat masala.
2. Blend all the ingredients well until you get a smooth paste and your green chutney is ready. Set aside.
Directions for cheese sauce:
1. Heat 1/4 cup milk in a pan, add flour and mix it well.
2. Now add 1/2 cup milk, salt, black pepper, cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese.
3. Keep stirring, cook on medium low flame for 2 to 3 minutes.
4. Cook until cheese melts and your cheese sauce is ready. Set aside.
Directions for burger sauce:
1. In a bowl add mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard sauce, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, pepper and jalapeno.
2. Mix all these ingredients well and your burger sauce is ready. Set aside.
Directions for caramelized onion:
1. Take one onion, peel it and cut medium size rings.
2. In a pan melt butter, add brown sugar, salt and cook it on low flame for 2 to 3 minutes.
3. Add onion rings in it and give it a good mix. Your caramelized onions are ready set aside.
Assembling:
1. Prepare K&N's Mughlai Tikka as per the instructions on the pack. Set aside.
2. Heat a pan, grease it with butter and toast burger buns for a minute.
3. Take burger buns, spread cheese sauce on it then top it with ice burg, tomato slice and prepared K&N's Mughlai Tikka.
4. Then top it with caramelized onion, green chutney, and lastly drizzle burger sauce on top.
5. Cover it with bun and your delicious Mughlai tikka burgers are ready to serve.
