Mutton Ginger
Recipe in English:

Ingredients:
-Oil ¼ Cup
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tsp
-Adrak paste (Ginger paste) 1 & ½ tsp
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) crushed 1 & ½ tsp
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium
-Mutton mix boti ½ kg
-Pani (Water) 1 tbs
-Adrak (Ginger) julienne 1-2 tbs
-Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) ¼ tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chili powder) ½ tsp or to taste
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tsp
-Garam masala powder ¼ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Hari mirch (Green chili) chopped 1 tbs
-Pani (Water) 2 Cups or as required
-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked 1 Cup
-Adrak (Ginger) julienne
-Hari mirch (Green chili)
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander)

Directions:
-In wok,add oil,garlic,ginger and mix well.
-Add cumin seeds and mix well.
-Add onion and fry until translucent.
-Add mutton and mix well until mutton changes color.
-Add water and mix well.
-Add ginger,turmeric powder,red chili powder,coriander powder,garam masala powder,salt and mix well.
-Add green chili and mix well.
-Add water,mix well and bring it to boil,cover and cook on low flame until meat is tender (approx. 45 minutes).
-Add yogurt,mix well and cook on high flame until water dries up.
-Cover & cook on low flame until oil separates.
-Add ginger,green chilies,fresh coriander & serve.

Directions:
-Karhai mein oil,lehsan aur adrak dal ker ache trahan mix ker lein.
-Zeera dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Pyaz dal ker translucent hunay tak fry ker lein.
-Mutton shamil karein aur ghost ka rang tabdeel hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Pani dal ker mix ker lein.
-Adrak,haldee powder,lal mirch powder,dhania powder,garam masala powder aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Hari mirch dal ker mix ker lein.
-Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad dhak dein aur ghost gul janay tak paka lein (approx. 45 minutes).
-Dahi dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur tez ancch per pani sukh janay tak paka lein.
-Dhak ker halki ancch per oil alag hunay tak paka lein.
-Adrak,hari mirch aur hara dhania dal ker serve karein.
