Mutton Paya Recipe that you would want to keep safe with you. #HappyCookingToYouWritten Recipe: https://bit.ly/2OFDmN9Visit Our Website: https://www.foodfusion.com Download iOS & Android app: https://www.foodfusion.com/app Facebook: https://facebook.com/foodfusionpk Instagram: https://instagram.com/foodfusionpk Twitter: https://twitter.com/foodfusionpk Also Follow @Healthy Fusion & @Food Fusion Kids for healthy food & kids special recipes.Mutton payeRecipe in English:Ingredients:-Ghee ½ cup-Onion 2 (grinded)-Garlic 1- ½ tbs-Ginger 1tbs-Trotters 6-Red chili powder 1 & ½ tbs-Salt 2tsp or to taste-Turmeric powder 1tsp-Yogurt 1cup-Water 6-7 cups-Whole spice powder ½ tbs -Fresh coriander (for garnishing)-Green chilies (for garnishing)-Ginger (julienne) (for garnishing)-Lemon wedges Directions:-Wash and clean trotters. -Take a large pot, heat ghee and add onion (grinded), fry until light brown.-Add ginger paste, garlic paste and sauté for 2-3 minutes.-Add trotters and give it a good mix and fry for 1-2 minutes.-Add red chili powder, salt and turmeric powder and sauté for 5 minutes.-Add yogurt and mix well until oil separates.-Now add 6-7 cups of water and cook on low flame until done around 3-4 hour.-Add whole spice powder and put it on simmer for 10 minutes or until desired consistency.-Mutton paye is ready, garnish with fresh coriander, green chilies and ginger.Recipe in Urdu:Ajza:-Ghee ½ cup-Pyaz 2 (grinded)-Lehsan 1 & ½ tbs-Adrak 1tbs-Mutton Paye 6-Lal mirch powder 1 & ½ tbs-Namak 2tsp or hasb e zaiqa-Haldee powder 1tsp-Dahi 1cup-Pani 6-7 cups-Garam masala powder ½ tbs -Hara dhania (for garnishing)-Hari mirch (for garnishing)-Adrak (julienne) (for garnishing)-Lemmo Directions:-Paye achi tarhan saaf ker k dho lein.-Ek bada patila mein ghee garam karein aur pyaz (grinded) dal ker halki sunhairi fry ker lein.-Adrak paste, lehsan paste dal ker 2-3 minutes kliya saute karein.-Mutton Paye shamil karein aur ache tarhan mix ker k 1-2 minutes kliya fry ker lein.-Lal mirch,namak aur haldee powder dal ker 5 minute kliya saute ker lein.-Dahi shamil karein aur oil alag hunay tak chamcha chalay rahein.-Ab 6-7 cups pani shamil karein aur halki ancch per 3-4 ghante tak pakne dain.-Garam masala powder dal ker 10 minutes kliya dum per rakh dein.-Mutton paye tayyar hain,hara dhania,hari mirch aur adrak dal ker garmish karein.
