Do give it a try this Eid. #HappyCookingToyouWritten recipe: https://bit.ly/3cVfC29Visit Our Website: https://www.foodfusion.com Download iOS & Android app: https://www.foodfusion.com/app Facebook: https://facebook.com/foodfusionpk Instagram: https://instagram.com/foodfusionpk Twitter: https://twitter.com/foodfusionpk Also Follow @Healthy Fusion & @Food Fusion Kids for healthy food & kids special recipes.Nawabi SawaiyanServing: 5-6 persons Recipe in English:Ingredient:-Asli ghee (Pure clarified butter) 1 & ½ tbs-Sawaiyan (Vermicelli) crushed ½ Cup-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) 1 tsp-Doodh (Milk) 1 litre-Cheeni (Sugar) ½ Cup or to taste-Custard powder 1 tbs-Doodh (Milk) ¼ Cup-Kalakand 2 pieces Topping:-Asli ghee (Pure clarified butter) 2 tbs-Sawaiyan (Vermicelli) crushed ½ packet -Pista & Badam (Pistachio & Almonds) crushed ¼ Cup-Cheeni (Sugar) 2 tbs or to taste-Dry milk powder 4-5 tbs Directions:-In pot,add pure clarified butter and let it melt.-Add vermicelli,mix well and fry for 2-3 minutes.-Add cardamom powder and mix well.-Add milk,mix well and bring it to boil.-Add sugar,mix well and cook until milk thickens (approx. 10-15 minutes) and keep stirring in between.-In custard powder,add milk and mix well.-Now add dissolve custard powder and mix well.-Turn off the flame,add kalakand and mix well & set aside.For Topping:-In frying pan,add pure clarified butter and let it melt.-Add vermicelli,mix well and fry on low flame for 2 minutes.-Add pistachio & almonds,mix well and fry on low flame for 2 minutes.-Add sugar and mix well.-Turn off the flame,add dry milk powder,mix well & set aside.-In serving dish,add topping layer,prepared vermicelli and topping.-Garnish with almonds,pistachio & serve!Recipe in Urdu:Ajza:-Asli ghee (Pure clarified butter) 1 & ½ tbs-Sawaiyan (Vermicelli) crushed ½ Cup-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) 1 tsp-Doodh (Milk) 1 litre-Cheeni (Sugar) ½ Cup or to taste-Custard powder 1 tbs-Doodh (Milk) ¼ Cup-Kalakand 2 pieces Topping:-Asli ghee (Pure clarified butter) 2 tbs-Sawaiyan (Vermicelli) crushed ½ packet -Pista & Badam (Pistachio & Almonds) crushed ¼ Cup-Cheeni (Sugar) 2 tbs or to taste-Dry milk powder 4-5 tbs Directions:-Pot mein asli ghee dal ker melt ker lein.-Sawaiyan dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya fry ker lein.-Elaichi powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.-Doodh dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay dein.-Cheeni dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein aur doodh garha hunay tak paka lein (approx. 10-15 minutes) aur bech bech mein chamcha chalatay rahein.-Custard powder mein doodh dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Ab dissolve custard powder dal ker ache tarhan mix arein.-Chulha bund ker dein aur kalakand dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein.For Topping:-Frying pan mein asli ghee dal ker melt ker lein.-Sawaiyan shamil karein aur halki ancch per 2 minutes kliya fry ker lein.-Pista & badam dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per 2 minjtes kliya paka lein.-Cheeni dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Chulha bund ker dein aur dry milk powder dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein.-Serving dish mein topping layer lagayein phir tayyar sawaiyan dal ker upper sa topping dal dein.-Badam aur pista sa garnish ker ka serve karein.
