Devils Food Cake
Ingredients
FROSTING:
-100ml double cream
-175g butter
-225g 50% choc
-decent pinch salt

SPONGE
- 75g cocoa powder
- 150g light brown sugar
-1tsp vanilla
-375ml boiling water
-200g butter
-225g caster sugar
-3 eggs
-335g plain flour
-1 tsp bicarbonate of soda
-1 tsp baking powder

EQUIPMENT
-Whisk
-big bowl
-spatulas
-palette knives
-hand/stand mixer
-sieve
-3x 7” tins
-turn table
