No Bake Chicken Cordon Bleu with Dijon Cream Sauce | Panlasang Pinoy

This video will show you how to cook chicken cordon bleu with dijon cream sauce. This recipe suggests the chicken to be deep fried. I used Panko bread crumbs to coat the chicken for this reason because it will provide a nice golden brown color to the dish and a nice crisp texture as well.

Here are the ingredients for chicken cordon bleu:

2 lbs. Boneless chicken breasts
3 to 6 pieces sliced ham
3 to 6 pieces Swiss cheese
1 1.2 cups Panko bread crumbs
2 eggs
2 cups cooking oil

Dijon Cream Sauce
½ cup heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
1 ½ tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons minced yellow onion
Salt to taste
