No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Pre-Post workout Protein Bar | Gayathiri's Cookbook

This Chocolate peanut butter bar is very easy to make but difficult to resist!!!

Peanut butter is a versatile spread and is loaded with healthy fats, protein, fiber, and a variety of essential vitamins and minerals.

Some research suggests that eating protein-rich foods like peanut butter can reduce appetite and preserve muscle mass during weight loss.

To make it vegan, replace whey protein with plant based and use maple syrup instead of honey.


Ingredients:
Oats flour- 1 cup
Quick oats- 1/2 cup
Chocolate whey protein- 1/3 cup
Rice crisps cereal- 1/2 cup
Honey- 1/3 cup
Peanut butter- 1/2 cup
Vanilla extract- 1 teaspoon

Directions:
1. Take oats flour, quick pats, whey protein and rice crisps cereal in a bowl. Mix everything together.
2. Heat honey and peanut butter together in a pan over medium heat. Stir until melted and combined well. Switch off the heat.
3. Add vanilla extract. Mix it well.
4. Pour peanut butter mixture over oats.Stir well.
5. Spray / Spread butter in a loaf pan and press mixture into that.
6. Melt some chocolate pieces in microwave and pour the syrup on top.
7. Keep it refrigerated for 30 minutes before slicing it.

Chocolate peanut protein bar is ready!!
