These protein balls will give you lots of energy and they are great for on the go people who have an active lifestyle.

The best part is you can make these snacks in a matter of minutes and store them in the freezer. Since they don't freeze hard, you can pop them right in your mouth and eat away!

These are great for people who are eating a Paleo and or gluten free diet.

All the ingredients simply go into a food processor and once everything is blended, you just form the dough into bite sized balls and you're done.

Power balls from Haley Talbot

Ingredients:
1 cup dates, seeded
3/4 cups almonds
3/4 cups walnuts
2 Tbsp. chia seeds
2 Tbsp. ground flax seeds
1 Tbsp. coconut oil
1 Tbsp. hemp protein powder
1 Tbsp. raw cacao powder

Directions:

Place the almonds, walnuts, flax and chia seeds in your food processor. Blend 1 min. until flour forms and nuts have crumbled.

Then add the remaining ingredients and blend for another minute, until a sticky dough forms. Use your hands to roll mixture into little balls, place in a bowl and store in the refrigerator. Keeps well in the freezer. They don't freeze hard.
