Here is a ladoo recipe without oil or ghee, the No Oil No Ghee Ladoo recipe. Also, instead of sugar, I have used Jaggery or Gud for the sweetness. This ladoo will remain good for quite a few days without refrigeration. Hence it is ideal to take along while travelling and can be consumed as a protein bar. The taste of this laddu is awesome. Even the elderly as well as children will love its taste. So let me take you into my kitchen and show you how to make this no oil, no ghee ladoos.

Ingredients:
1/2 cup Almonds/Badam
1 cup Melon/Magaz seeds
2&1/2 cups Desiccated Coconut
1 cup Jaggery/Gud
