OATS AND METHI BHAJIYAIngredients¼ cup oats¼ medium bunch fresh fenugreek leaves (methi), chopped½ cup gram flour (besan)Oil for deep-frying¼ medium cabbage, chopped½ medium green capsicum, chopped1-2 green chillies, crushed¼ teaspoon turmeric powder1 teaspoon red chilli powder½ teaspoon garam masala powderSalt to taste½ teaspoon baking sodaChaat masala for sprinklingGreen chutney for servingTomato ketchup for serving Method1. Heat sufficient oil in a kadai.2. Take oats in a bowl. Add fenugreek leaves, cabbage, capsicum, gram flour and some water and mix to make a thick mixture.3. Add green chillies, turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala powder, salt and baking soda and mix well. 4. Drop in small portions of prepared mixture in hot oil and deep-fry till golden brown and crisp. Drain on absorbent paper. 5.
