INGREDIENTS
1. Oats - 1 Cup
2. Bombay Rava - 3/4 Cup
3. Curd - 1/2 Cup
4. Onions - 1/2 Cup
5. Curry Leaves - 1/2 Cup
6. Ginger - Small Piece
7. Green Chillies - 2-3
8. Grated Carrot - 1/2 Cup
9. Coriander Leaves - 1/2 Cup
10. Cumin Seeds - 1/2 Teaspoon
11. Salt - 1 Teaspoon

Powder 1 cup oats in a mixie jar. To a mixing bowl, add powdered oats, 3/4 cup bombay rava, 1/2 cup curd and mix. Mix slowly by adding water. Mix till dosa batter consistency is obtained. Mix so that no lumps are formed. Let the batter sit for 10 minutes. After batter thickens, add some more water and mix. Add 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds, 2-3 chopped green chillies, chopped ginger, chopped curry leaves, chopped onions, chopped coriander leaves, grated carrot and mix.
Heat pan. Pour 2 spoons batter on pan and spread it. Spray oil. Cook for 5 minutes and flip. Cook for 2 minutes on low flame and serve hot.
