Treat bappa and your loved ones now!OATS JAGGERY MODAKIngredients1½ cups powdered oats1 cup jaggery powder2 tbsps ghee + to grease¼ tsp green cardamom powder2-3 tbsps chopped mixed nuts3-4 tbsps milk Method1. Heat ghee in a nonstick pan. Add oats powder and sauté for 3-4 minutes on medium heat.2. Add jaggery powder, green cardamom powder and mix well. Add chopped nuts and mix well. Cook for 1-2 minutes on medium heat.3. Transfer in a bowl, add milk and combine well to form dough.4. Grease modak mould with some ghee and transfer a small portion in it. Press well.5.
