OATS JAGGERY MODAK

Ingredients

1½ cups powdered oats
1 cup jaggery powder
2 tbsps ghee + to grease
¼ tsp green cardamom powder
2-3 tbsps chopped mixed nuts
3-4 tbsps milk

Method

1. Heat ghee in a nonstick pan. Add oats powder and sauté for 3-4 minutes on medium heat.
2. Add jaggery powder, green cardamom powder and mix well. Add chopped nuts and mix well. Cook for 1-2 minutes on medium heat.
3. Transfer in a bowl, add milk and combine well to form dough.
4. Grease modak mould with some ghee and transfer a small portion in it. Press well.
5. Demould and serve.
