These crisp crunchy air fried oats and mixed vegetable pakodas satisfies cravings without any guilt of unwanted calories. OATS PAKORAIngredients¼ cup oats1 medium onion, sliced1 medium carrot, grated1 tablespoon chopped fresh coriander leaves1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint leaves5-7 carom leaves (ajwain ke patte)¼ teaspoon turmeric powder1 teaspoon red chilli powder1½ teaspoons coriander powder½ teaspoon cumin powderSalt to taste1 tablespoon gram flour1 tablespoon rice flourOlive oil spray as requiredGreen chillies for servingTomato ketchup for servingMethod1. Preheat air-fryer to 180º C. 2. Take onion in a bowl. Add carrot, coriander leaves and mint leaves.3. Roughly chop carom leaves and add to onion mixture alongwith turmeric powder, chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and salt and mix well.4. Add gram flour, rice flour and oats and mix well till mixture becomes moist.5. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into uneven pakoras. 6. Line an air fryer basket with an aluminium foil and spray some olive oil. Place the pakoras and spray some olive oil on top.7. Put the basket into the preheated air-fryer and air-fry for 12-15 minutes.8. Serve hot with green chillies and tomato ketchup.
