Vanilla extractWhipped Cream:2 cups heavy whipping cream, organic1 tsp. Vanilla extract2 Tbsp. sugarDirections:Place the milk into a 2 quart saucepan over medium high heat and add the cornstarch, cocoa powder, sugar, and a pinch of salt. Whisk until the mixture comes to a boil. Lower the heat to a simmer and whisk frequently for 3 to 4 minutes or until the pudding thickens. Then turn off the heat.Whisk your egg in a bowl that is large enough to hold half of the chocolate mixture. Then slowly drizzle in half the chocolate while whisking the egg constantly. Then pour the egg/chocolate mixture back into the saucepan with the rest of the chocolate. Turn the temperature back to medium high and bring the chocolate back to a boil, stirring constantly for 1 minutes to ensure the egg cooks. Turn off the heat and stir in the chocolate chips. Once they are melted and mixed in, add the vanilla and stir that in as well.Cool the pudding by either placing it in the refrigerator or placing the pan into a bowl with ice and water to cool it quickly. While the pudding is cooling, lets make the whipped cream. Place the whipping cream in a mixing bowl and add the sugar and vanilla. Beat on high speed until firm peaks form.Pour of the whipping cream into the cooled pudding and use a hand mixer to blend the cream into the pudding. Cut of the brownies into bite size pieces and add them to the pudding. Fold the brownies in gently so as to not break them up. Keep it chunky.Refrigerate the pudding to firm up. Serve with a dollop of whipping cream on top.Enjoy! Thanks for watching and sharing!Rockin RobinP.S.
