Who doesnt love a one pot meal? Doesnt get easier than throwing the raw chicken, asparagus and pasta into a pot with some liquid and once it boils, cook for another ten minutes and BAM! Dinner is ready! Great for a quick, healthy midweek meal! So simple and its up to you if you want to make it super healthy, or splurge a little!
