Sweet and tasty onion rice bowl. Simple yet delicious idea

Onion Rice Bowl

Difficulty: Easy
Time: 1hr
Number of servings: 2

Ingredients:
1 onion (300g/10.6oz.)
120ml water
1 tbsp. Mizkan Shiro Dashi Sauce Professional Taste https://amzn.to/3yni2nP
2 eggs
2 bowls cooked rice
4 tbsp. Tenkasu (crunchy bits of deep fried flour-batter) *if you have
chopped green onions *if you have

Directions:
1. Slice the onion.
2. Beat 2 eggs in a bowl.
3. Put water and Dashi in a frying pan. Add onion slices and bring to a boil. Cover and cook on low for 3 minutes until onion becomes tender.
4. Add Tenkasu if you have (it makes the dish filling and tasty).
5. Pour in the beaten eggs, gently stir, cover, and cook on low for a minute.
6. Serve on the rice in a bowl. Sprinkle with chopped green onions if you have.
