Is Organic Food Really More Nutritious?

If you've been hanging around social media sites or reading newspapers lately, you likely saw some coverage of a study that came out last month claiming organic fruits and veggies are more nutritious than conventionally-grown ones.

This is really interesting because it's the exactly opposite of what all the previous studies have said.

Since I've previously done three videos explaining that organic foods are no safer, better for disease risk, or in any other way superior to conventionally-grown produce, many asked me to comment on this study.

So are organic foods really better for you?
