TO PREPARE OVERNIGHT OATS
Combine in an almost empty peanut butter jar:
1/2 cup oats of your choice (I used quick cooking)
1/2 cup milk of your choice (I used almond)
2-3 Tbsp yogurt
(I used plain greek)
1/3 banana, sliced
2-3 Tbsp blueberries
1/2 scoop protein powder (optional, or use sweetener)

Let sit in the refrigerator overnight, and wake up and devour!

NUTRITION per jar of my overnight oats
353 calories
48g carbs
9g fat
24g protein

**Eat as pre-workout fuel, or post-workout!
