Home made Pakwan recipe. have it with halwa or have it with daal. #HappyCookingToYou #Daal #Pakwan #FoodFusionWritten Recipe: http://bit.ly/2QrRSYvVisit Our Website: https://www.foodfusion.com Download iOS & Android app: https://www.foodfusion.com/app Facebook: https://facebook.com/foodfusionpk Instagram: https://instagram.com/foodfusionpk Twitter: https://twitter.com/foodfusionpk Also Follow @Healthy Fusion & @Food Fusion Kids for healthy food & kids special recipes.Pakwan:Ingredients:-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 2 Cups-Sooji (Semolina) 2 tbs-Ghee 2 tbs-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp-Pani (Water) ½ Cup or as required -Cooking oil for frying Directions:-In bowl,add all-purpose flour,semolina,ghee,salt and mix well.-Gradually add water and knead until firm dough is formed.-Cover and let it rest for 15-20 minutes.-Grease hand with oil and knead dough again until smooth.-Take a small dough and make a ball,sprinkle flour and roll out dough with the help of rolling pin & prick with fork (makes 7-8).-In wok,heat cooking oil and fry until golden & crispy.Pakwan Ajza:-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 2 Cups-Sooji (Semolina) 2 tbs-Ghee 2 tbs-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp-Pani (Water) ½ Cup or as required -Cooking oil for frying Directions:-Bowl mein maida,sooji,ghee aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.-Thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur ghond ker firm dough tayyar ker lein.-Dhak ker 15-20 minutes kliya rakh dein.-Haath ko oil sa grease karein aur dough ko smooth hunay tak dubara ghond lein.-Chota dough lein aur ball bana lein,maida chirak ker rolling pin ki madad sa dough ko bail lein aur fork ki madad sa prick karein (makes 7-8).-Karhai mein cooking oil garam karein aur golden & crispy hunay tak fry ker lein.
