Palak Chicken | Cooking With Archana | Sanjeev Kapoor Khazana

Healthy, vibrant and tasty, this Spinach Chicken recipe is relatively easy to make, complete with the perfect blend of spices.

PALAK CHICKEN

Ingredients

250 grams boneless chicken, cut into 1 inch pieces
¼ cup spinach (palak) puree
2 tablespoons butter + for garnishing
1 tablespoon coriander-green chilli-ginger-garlic paste
1 teaspoon coriander powder (dhania powder)
Salt to taste
1 teaspoon garam masala powder
2 teaspoons mint leaves, hand torn

Method

1. Heat 2 tablespoons butter in a non-stick pan. Add coriander- green chill- ginger-garlic paste, chicken, coriander powder, salt, garam masala, mix, cover and cook for 5 minutes.
2. Remove the lid and add spinach puree, mix, cover and cook till the chicken is fully done.
3. Add mint leaves and mix. Remove from heat and transfer to a serving plate.
4. Serve hot, garnished with butter cubes.
