Heat 2 tablespoons butter in a non-stick pan. Add coriander- green chill- ginger-garlic paste, chicken, coriander powder, salt, garam masala, mix, cover and cook for 5 minutes. 2. Remove the lid and add spinach puree, mix, cover and cook till the chicken is fully done. 3. Add mint leaves and mix. Remove from heat and transfer to a serving plate. 4.
